Of Social Welfare and Directorate General of Health Services as a Non Government Organization.

They took me back to the eye camp center two days later after the operation. They arranged my stay there and gave me medicine & sunglasses. And they did everything without charging me anything. What I paid for everything is just attend in the free eye camp for the first time to get my sight restoration, and I went to the hospital

I went through some tests there and after the tests, the doctor informed me that I had cataract and an operation would have to be done to remove it in my left eye. On the camp I brought my wife with me to the eye camp for further consultation and finally, we decided to go for surgery

Tania Akhter is a 7-year-old girl who lives with her parents, in a rural village of Shahrasti Upazilla, under Chandpur district of Bangladesh. She reads in Class 02 in Debipur Government Primary School, Shahrasti, Chandpur. Like the majority of their community, the family farms their small plot of land to provide for themselves
