As a voluntary non-governmental organization Mazharul Haque BNSB Eye Hospital, Chandpur (BNSB Chandpur), started its activity in 1982 with certain vision and mission for the care of blind people of Bangladesh. The initial belief and oaths of BNSB was to prevent and cure blindness and rehabilitating the incurable blind people of the country and the cordial patronage of ANDHERI HILFE, Bonn, Germany.
